Embracing Both Sides of the Self

We are all made of paradox. Strength and vulnerability. Control and surrender. Light and dark. Masculine and feminine.

When we become over-reliant on one side, we tip the balance and our perceptions of Self become distorted.

Too often we’re taught which parts of ourselves to show and which to hide, which inevitably leads to feeling disconnected and fragmented - even shameful.

By truly embracing the Self as a whole, the sum of all its parts, we connect to trust, resilience, confidence, and deeper authenticity for relationships and connection.

This 2-day workshop invites you into a safe, supportive space to:

  • Explore your light and shadow with welcome curiosity, rather than fear or judgement.

  • Understand the archetypal dynamics of the masculine and feminine within you.

  • Reclaim the disowned parts of yourself and begin a healthy integration for a fuller life.

Led by Hannah Lord, a professional psychologist and therapist, this workshop blends psychological education with deep therapeutic work in a safe, confidential group environment. Spaces are deliberately limited to ensure a safely held, supportive experience.
