Re-Connecting with Pleasure

Are you constantly pushing yourself, always striving, never stopping, only to find that joy feels... distant?

Or do you find yourself swinging into an excess of rebellion, indulgence and/or self-sabotage, only to wake up with regret?

Whether ruled by discipline and control, caught in cycles of overindulgence and shame, or a combination of the two, this workshop cuts through the behaviours to address and transform the underlying psychology.

This is a psychologically-informed, therapeutic workshop designed to help you:

  • Reclaim healthy, grounded pleasure as an essential part of your life

  • Explore the unconscious beliefs driving your patterns in an explorative non-judgemental space

  • Rebalance your psyche so experiences of joy and pleasure no longer lead to shame

  • Create space for self-compassion, clarity, and sustainable wellbeing

Led by Hannah Lord, a professional psychologist and therapist, this workshop blends psychological education with deep therapeutic work in a safe, confidential group environment. Spaces are deliberately limited to ensure a safely held, supportive experience.
