Understanding Attachments & Projections

Do you find yourself repeating painful patterns in relationships with partners, your children, or even yourself?

Do you carry grief, sadness, anger or resentment that you can’t quite let go of?

This powerful, psychologically-informed workshop, facilitated by psychotherapist, Hannah Lord, explores the unseen forces that shape how we relate, and the attachments & projections we unconsciously hold.

If you’re feeling stuck or struggling with uncomfortable emotions you can’t quite shake, this workshop will offer insight, helpful tools, and a path to becoming a more grounded, conscious version of yourself.

Through a blend of therapeutic practice and psychological education, you'll learn:

  • What your unique attachments are and how they play out in relationships

  • How projections from early wounds shape the way you see and treat others

  • How to identify the emotional inheritance you're passing on or acting from

  • Tools to begin healing, connecting, and responding in healthier ways

Led by Hannah Lord, a professional psychologist and therapist, this 2-day workshop blends psychological education with deep therapeutic work in a safe, confidential group environment. Spaces are deliberately limited to ensure a safely held, supportive experience.
